These services are provided "as is" to help restaurant owners and operators understand permit requirements in their jurisdiction. We aim to provide accurate, timely information, but permit requirements change frequently and vary by location.
To use BestPermits, you may need to create an account and provide information including your name, email, phone number (optional), restaurant name, location, restaurant type, and business stage. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our paid subscription costs $69 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and current. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access until the end of that billing cycle.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
